Head of Operations and Maintenance (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations and Maintenance (m/f/d) Photovoltaics to manage and expand the O&M business within the UK. In your new position, you will manage a motivated O&M team and work closely with other departments to ensure the continued success of all portfolios.
Your tasks:
- Drafting, negotiating, and managing O&M contracts as Key Account Manager, as well as ensuring their fulfillment
- Managing and expanding the existing team
- Working closely with Technical Director, Head of Operations, Finance and HSE to track O&M business performance
- Negotiating and managing commercial contracts for all external sub-contractors and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with legal and HSE guidelines
- Representing greentech at industry events and driving the business development
Your profile:
- 5+ years’ experience within utility scale Solar PV industry in Management, Contracts, Sales and Operations Management
- University degree in an engineering or business discipline preferred
- Strong management, analytical, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise in continually changing environment and to multi-task
- Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel
- Fluent English language skills
- Willingness to travel within the UK
